Limited Warranty

What We Warrant

LUCINO warrants that products purchased from LUCINO or an authorized dealer are free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions below.

Conditions

To approve a warranty claim, we require that you:

• Purchased the product from LUCINO or an authorized LUCINO dealer;
• Can provide proof of the purchase date;
• Return the product to LUCINO for inspection;
• Used the product as intended and followed our care instructions.

What We'll Do

If a defect arises from intended use during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the defective product or part, at our discretion.

Exchanges

Exchanges for a new size, colorway, or product are available within 30 days of your order date — see Returns & Exchange.

What's Not Covered

• Defects caused by modification or repair carried out by anyone other than LUCINO.
• Damage caused by attempting to fix the product yourself — cutting, sewing, gluing, or deconstructing it.
• Normal wear and tear, and cosmetic marks from everyday use.

Limited Editions & Discontinued Items

For limited-edition or discontinued colorways and patches, we can't guarantee replacement with an identical product. We'll substitute an equivalent model based on availability.

Limitations

Any implied warranties are limited to the duration of this express warranty. LUCINO is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, except where local law provides otherwise.

Submit warranty claims through our Contact page with your order number and photos of the issue. We aim to respond within two business days. Registering your product speeds this up — see Product Registration.
