LUCINO ("we", "us") is a headwear brand registered in the United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what personal information we collect through lucino.ae, why we collect it, and how you can control it.
When you order: your name, phone number, email, delivery address, the items you bought and your payment method. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored on our servers.
When you create an account or join the LUCINO Family: your name, phone number, birthday and email.
When you register a product or request a return: your order number, contact details and any proof of purchase you upload.
When you browse: standard technical data (pages visited, device type, approximate location from your IP address) collected through analytics and advertising tools, and the referral link or discount code that brought you to us.
To deliver and support your order, honour your warranty, process returns, answer your messages, send order updates, and — only if you opted in — tell you about new colourways and offers. We also use aggregated browsing data to understand which campaigns and creators bring customers to LUCINO and to improve the site.
Only the partners needed to serve you: courier companies (to deliver your order), payment providers (to take payment), email and analytics services (Google Analytics, Meta and TikTok pixels), and hosting providers. We never sell your personal information.
The site uses cookies and similar tools to keep your bag and preferences, to measure visits, and to show relevant ads on platforms like Instagram and TikTok. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the shop will still work, though some conveniences (like a remembered bag) will not.
Order and warranty records are kept for as long as needed to honour your warranty and meet UAE accounting and consumer-protection obligations. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe.
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop marketing messages. Email hello@lucino.ae from the address on your account and we will respond within 30 days.
lucino.ae is intended for customers aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If this policy changes materially we will post the new version here and update the date below. Continued use of the site after that date means you accept the updated policy.
